With Over 20 years of experience promoting growth for corporations, I decided to bring my industry expertise to the start-up world. I love the agility and creativity that is established in a small business environment and I respect anyone who has ideas and takes risks to bring them to life.
I’ve worked for start-ups that were acquired for millions and other start-ups that failed. The traits of companies that don’t succeed are the ones that can’t clearly articulate their message and have individual segments of their teams operating so independent of one another, that there can be a lack of communication.
I started SGS to show all of you how to create fluidity between your departments and with your clients for seamless integration and growth by creating systems and processes that accelerate your growth, bringing success to your business.
After graduating from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2020, Allie applied her knowledge of strategic communications and social media to companies that needed help with growth on their social platforms and brand awareness.
Through her hard work at her previous position, she was able to reach over 2M accounts every week, increase following by 67.7K in seven months, and increase impressions by more than 2.5M per week on Instagram. She also obtained media placements in national online publications such as E! Online, Us Weekly, and Life & Style Magazine to enhance brand awareness.
Possessing high-level experience in managing social media platforms and increasing reach for organizations, she joined SGS with the goal to assist in sales optimization, brand awareness and business development.
Business Development Manager
With over 20 years of experience in publishing and education, Paula comes to Streamline Growth having recently completed a government contract where she utilized her strong communication and organization skills as a case manager to assist small business owners as they navigated the various components of the loan process with the Small Business Administration.
A life-long learner, Paula is a certified dyslexia practitioner and voracious reader, who enjoys live music, her morning coffee and exploring the Pacific Northwest where she recently relocated to pursue a year round, outdoor lifestyle.
VP of Operations
Juan is a graduate of Cornell University with a degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering. Upon graduation he felt that his passion and skill set would be maximized in a leadership role. He spent the first 15 years of his career working for 3 Fortune 500 companies at the local level.
He was able to quickly work up the ladder at the different organizations through hard work and the ability to adapt to different environments. Throughout the 15 years he worked at 8 different locations in 6 different states on both coasts of the US. He earned a reputation of creating stable locations where long-term sustainable growth was the mindset.
With the valuable experience he gained along the way he decided that he needed a different challenge. It was at this time that he met Manda and realized that to truly fulfill his potential he needed to work in the startup world.
